| 1. We
are currently negotiating with various restaurants
/ hotels and food manufacturers / Domestic and Industrial
Items manufacturers. Distributors, Retailers including
Individuals in every Nation to donate their Unwanted
Food / Unwanted Items to Human
Made Utopia (Charity)
so that it will be distributed locally and internationally
to the poorest and hungriest people. We are also
negotiating with National Governments / Charitable
Organisations (i.e. International Red Cross etc.)
as they have already established an infrastructure
to handle Charitable Distribution, Locally or Worldwide.
These organisations already function in most territories
that we are actively engaged in. 2. We
are presently writing Human
Made Utopia (Charity) Constitution as required by the Charity Commissioners
for England And Wales. When the said Constitution
is completed and presented to the Charity Commissioners
for England and Wales for approval, if accepted, Human
Made Utopia (Charity) will then be issued with a Charitable Trust Registration
Number.
3. Human
Made Utopia (Charity) will officially begin to meet up with its Charity’s
pledges from the date its constitution is accepted
and a Charitable Trust Registration Number issued
to i t by the Charity Commissioners for England
And Wales.
4.
I am talking to landlords to provide us with
low rental properties to be used as Free Food Restaurants,
negotiating with National Governments / Charitable
Organisations (i.e. International Red Cross etc.)
as they have already established an infrastructure
to handle Charitable Distribution both locally and
worldwide. These organisations already function
in most territories that we are targeting. |

which we received from their HQ in Regents Street
London.
